RVer's keep coming back to our park year after year. Whether for 3 months in the winter, or passing thru while traveling elsewhere, once you've stayed here, you'll always come back! There is an abundance of functions, social gatherings, dances, cruises, swimming in our heated pool etc... You will always have something to do. Alligator Park is centrally located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers and is easy to get to from I-75. Plenty of places to visit and see within a 50 mile radius.
We encourage and welcome RV Rally groups whether large or small to enjoy our park from April to November with full use of the amenities our park has to offer. The rates are discounted for Rallies.

If you are interested in leaving your RV with us year round instead of driving back and forth, please check out our Tie-Down options. Your RV could stay in the Park on a permanent basis "Tied Down" to Hurricane Code Standards. You would have the option of either staying in the park for 5 months or 6 months out of the year.
