MOBILE HOME RENTER
You can also enjoy Alligator Park with all of its wonderful attributes and not want to be a Shareholder. You would rent one of our lots and have your mobile home on the lot. You enjoy the full amenities of the park, attend all the functions the park has to offer.
Mobile Home Lot Rental is $389.50 per month. This includes Water, Sewer, Lawn Mowing and Trimming. Renter is responsible for Yearly Expenses which are Decal Renewal, Personal Property Tax, Park Pass Thru Non-Ad Valorem Charges. Renter will Abide by the Rental Prospectus and Park Rules & Regulations.
