We are more than an RV park! Alligator Park is a 55+, Resident-Owned, RV Cooperative Community located in the charming town of Punta Gorda on the Florida Gulf Coast.

RVers keep coming back to our park year after year! Whether for 3 months in the winter or passing through while traveling elsewhere, once you’ve stayed here, you’ll always come back!

In-Season there is an abundance of functions, social gatherings, dances and recurring weekly activities. Year round you can enjoy our our heated pool, mini hall with billiards, card games, the lake and our sport court with shuffleboard and cornhole.
